2. Communication and Support
- Primary communication is conducted through support tickets in the user portal or via email.
- Response times for support tickets are typically between 5 minutes to 3 hours (may be longer during peak hours).
- All support requests must be submitted in English and in written form.
3. Service Delivery Time
- Hosting and virtual private server services are delivered as soon as possible after account verification.
- Service delivery is not available on public holidays.
4. Technical Changes and Service Upgrades
- buyserver.org may implement technical, hardware, or software changes to services as needed.
- Service upgrades are available after technical approval and the verification of the price difference payment.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not permitted.
5. Service Uptime and Reliability
- Guaranteed uptime for network and hardware is 99%.
- In case of downtime caused by buyserver.org, your service will be extended twice the duration of the downtime period.
6. Server Management and Support
- Services are self-managed by default.
- Software-related support is available at an additional cost or through a managed service plan.
7. Service Renewal and Cancellation
- Users must renew their service at least 24 hoursbefore the expiration date.
- If a service is not renewed, it will be suspended and permanently deleted after 5 days.
- Cancellation is only allowed at the end of the service period.
8. Bandwidth and Traffic Usage
- Bandwidth for servers in certain regions may be limited. Users must purchase additional bandwidth before exhausting their allocated quota.
- International servers come with unlimited bandwidth, subject to fair usage policies.
9. Refund Policy
- A 24-hour money-back guarantee is available for new orders, refunded as account credit.
- After 24 hours, refunds are only issued if buyserver.org fails to deliver services as agreed, subject to approval by our sales team.
- Refunds are not available for renewed services.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities such as spamming, cyberattacks, copyright infringement, phishing, or port scanning are strictly prohibited.
- Violations will result in immediate service suspension without refund.
11. Force Majeure
- buyserver.org is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, wars, government restrictions, sanctions, or other unforeseen events.
12. Backup and Data Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. buyserver.org is not liable for data loss.
- Backup services are available for users who purchase managed service plans.
13. Mutual Respect and Conduct
- buyserver.org is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with all users.
- Users are expected to communicate politely and respectfully with our team.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- buyserver.org reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.
